Our Bali Blue is an exquisite organic coffee sourced from the lush volcanic soils of Kintamani, Bali. Grown at high altitudes between 1200-1600 meters by smallholder farmers, this unique blend of Bourbon, Typica, and Catimor varieties offers a rich and complex flavor profile.
Roasted to a smooth medium-dark, this coffee delivers decadent notes of dark chocolate, molasses, and brown sugar, creating a velvety, full-bodied cup with a lingering sweetness. The volcanic loam soil and meticulous wet-hulled processing impart a deep, earthy complexity, making each sip an unforgettable experience.
