Our Colombia is a vibrant and flavorful coffee sourced from the lush highlands of Medellin, Antioquia, Colombia. Grown by smallholder farmers at altitudes between 1300-1500 meters, this exceptional blend of Castillo, Caturra, Colombia, and Typica varieties flourishes in rich volcanic loam soil, contributing to its distinctive flavor profile.

Roasted to a smooth medium, this coffee delivers an elegant cup with notes of dried orange, juicy berries, and a touch of rich chocolate. The fully washed process and careful drying in solar dryers preserve the coffee's natural brightness and nuanced complexity, resulting in a clean, refreshing finish.
