Sourced from micro farms nestled at altitudes between 1300-1445 meters, this exceptional blend of Caturra and Catuai varieties thrives in the rich volcanic loam soil, enhancing its naturally bright and sweet flavor profile.
Roasted to a smooth medium, this coffee showcases delightful notes of sweet apple, plump raisin, and a drizzle of golden honey. The eco-pulped processing and sun-drying technique preserve its delicate acidity and nuanced complexity, delivering a clean, refreshing finish with every sip.
