Our Guatemala coffee is a rich and flavorful experience, sourced from the fertile valleys of Antigua. Grown by smallholder farmers at altitudes between 1200-1616 meters, this exceptional blend of Bourbon, Catuai, Caturra, and Typica varieties flourishes in the volcanic loam soil, imparting a unique depth and complexity.
Roasted to a smooth medium, this coffee delivers a well-balanced cup with notes of rich dark chocolate, bright fruit undertones, and a silky butterscotch finish. The fully washed process and sun-drying method preserve its vibrant acidity and nuanced flavor, resulting in a clean, satisfying finish.
