Our Honduras coffee is a rich and flavorful blend sourced from the lush highlands of Marcala, La Paz. Grown by 1500 dedicated grower members of Cafe Organics Marcala at altitudes between 1300-1700 meters, this blend of Bourbon, Catuai, Caturra, Lempira, and Typica varieties flourishes in nutrient-rich clay mineral soil, contributing to its distinct and robust character.

Roasted to a smooth medium-dark, this coffee delivers a full-bodied cup with notes of sweet caramel, warm spices, and a touch of brown sugar. The fully washed process and sun-drying technique preserve its vibrant acidity and deep complexity, resulting in a rich, velvety finish with every sip.
