Cultivated by dedicated coffee growers at altitudes between 900-1000 meters, this blend of Typica, Criollo, Bourbon, Mundo Novo, and Caturra varieties thrives in rich clay mineral soil, delivering a uniquely flavorful and well-rounded cup.

Roasted to a perfect medium, this coffee offers a harmonious balance of rich chocolate notes, a hint of warm cinnamon spice, and a refreshing touch of green apple brightness. The fully washed process and sun-drying method preserve its lively acidity and nuanced complexity, resulting in a smooth, vibrant finish that delights the senses.
