Our Nicaragua coffee is a beautifully balanced and aromatic blend, sourced from the fertile highlands of Molino Norte, Matagalpa. Grown by smallholder farmers at altitudes ranging from 900 to 1590 meters, this blend of Yellow and Red Catuai, Catimor, and Parainema varieties flourishes in nutrient-rich clay mineral soil, creating a distinct and vibrant flavor profile.
Roasted to a smooth medium, this coffee delivers an elegant cup with rich cocoa notes, delicate floral accents, and a bright citrus finish. The fully washed process, combined with a 12-14 hour fermentation and meticulous drying on patios and raised beds, preserves its lively acidity and complex character, resulting in a clean, refreshing finish.
