Grown by small agricultural cooperatives at an altitude of 1350 meters, this exceptional blend of Bourbon and Typica varieties thrives in the rich volcanic loam soil, imparting a distinctive and complex flavor profile.

Roasted to a smooth medium, this coffee offers a delightful balance of sweet caramel, golden honey, and bright fruity notes. The fully washed process and sun-drying method enhance its natural sweetness and lively acidity, resulting in a clean, refreshing finish that dances on the palate.
