Grown by small cooperative farmers at altitudes between 1200-1900 meters, this blend of Bourbon and Kent varieties flourishes in nutrient-rich clay mineral soil, creating a beautifully complex flavor profile.
Roasted to a delicate medium-light, this coffee offers a bright and elegant cup with notes of juicy pear, delicate floral accents, fragrant jasmine, and a subtle hint of ripe strawberry. The fully washed process and meticulous drying on raised beds preserve its lively acidity and nuanced complexity, delivering a clean, refreshing finish that captivates the senses.
